Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk of choice (can be substituted with yogurt if desired)
- 3 Tablespoons of nut butter

- 1/4 cup coconut milk or water to thin as desired
- 1/2 cup ice
Toppings:
- Fresh fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, banana slices, etc.
- Granola
- Nuts
- Chocolate chips
- Shredded coconut
- Breakfast cereal
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend them until smooth.
Then, pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Garnish with the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
