Your profit is 30% of the sales made by your organization in the online fundraising shop. Once your fundraiser closes we will in turn, send you a payment valued at 30% of your submitted sales via cheque or eTransfer.
Orders are put together and shipped within 7 working days after your fundraiser closes. Orders with ship via Canada Post and your tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way so you can keep a close eye on it. Customers who choose to have items shipped directly to their personal addresses will receive their own tracking information.
Your orders will be shipped to your organizations address for distribution. The address you provide us with must be serviceable by Canada Post. Customers who wish to pay the flat rate shipping fee at check out have the option of having their orders shipped directly to their personal location. This allows out of town customers to support your fundraiser as well.

Customers wishing to have orders shipped direct will pay a flat rate shipping fee at checkout. Your organization will no incur any shipping charges or fees.
The majority of fundraisers run for 2-4 weeks. You can choose the timeline that best suits your organizations needs.
There is an add one for the foodbank option for shoppers at checkout. It’s a great way to boost your sales and have a positive impact.
We suggest setting a deadline if you are having people pick up orders & donating whatever is left unaccounted for to your local food bank.
All payments are handled securely online; the days of handling cash and order forms is over!
